The following information can help you determine if s ctasio.dll is a Windows system file or if it belongs to an application that you can trust. However, whenever I open an app in ASIO mode, and the E-Mu card is not installed, I get that error message. Maybe your previous driver installation is not properly finished ... The dialog is correct insofar as that I currently do not have any Creative products installed (although I sometimes connect an external Create USB Soundcard, but I do not have it Tony, hello. If you're using the Audigy's ASIO drivers, your sample rate in the other programs must be set for 48k or 96 k. What is the ctasio.dll location, where is it stored on my computer? i already googled, and found out, that this is ja major problem with creative SB cards, but did not find a proper solution. I got that ASIO trouble running Acid but... It then says, "There are no Creative Products installed on the system that support ASIO". Run the tool Driver-Cleaner (download-link: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745), there select Creative Audio (and Creative Audio Lite, I suppose it works without this second option) and start the cleaning 6. Yesterday I've got temporaryly a different soundcard installed, to check if it is broken for a friend (it was not).
