Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. It needs the Excel libraries to perform the export. Paste the new "exportmodeller.dll" file into the deployment machines where you had renamed the older one. On local, am able to export in excel format.

The issue can be resolved by applying the hotfix on the development machine and copying the "exportmodeller.dll" to the deployment machine.
