Are you absolutely sure that the CPU fan is plugged into the receptacle on the motherboard that is marked CPU Fan? and if you don't see any fans plugged into the mobo fan headers they've got to be plugged in somewhere, yes? What I COULD do for the time is install the stock cooler instead of the watercooling system and check if that fixes things?  I have the Corsair Link software but I can't Would be helpful to post machine specs, etc.. have a peek at this web-site
